Before I had my session with Sarah I had problems with constant pain in my body, I had put it all down to the  fact I played a lot of contact sport's and the the ageing prosses. Because of the pain I became less able to work and then became depressed and started to over eat  to compensate for the problems this was causing.  I went to the docs and they all put me on different meds painkillers and anti-inflammatories, and these worked, I was back at work doing my thing, but,  I became sore again after a while and I had to start taking extra just to get by again, I didn't realise it but I had become addicted to my meds and I was on a downward spiral with my health. My first talk with Sarah was so calm and actually easy , I found it so easy to talk to her, she made me feel comfortable enough to talk about my problems and actually listened to me , she explained the process and what was expected of me to help these new processes along, I was so at ease after talking to Sarah that I couldn't wait to do our session. On the day of the session I was expected and apprehensive not knowing what to expect  but once I started talking to Sarah all my worries disappeared. The session was a very emotional journey of self discovery and completely guided and talked right through with Sarah. Since the session I have not taken any medication,  as in nothing I have no pain , no desire to over eat and I feel so much more calm and happy within myself, and I'm working pain free, I feel 20 again, but in order to help these sessions to work we have to put in the work ourselves too but, none of that would be possible without Sarah's love and guidance.  Sarah truly is a very special being with a very special gift, her vibration brings with it healing, love and knowledge, and I am forever grateful for that .
